Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We do not ship on weekends, US federal holidays and Chinese holidays. If any stock shortage or big sale delay happens, we will send you an email notification in advance.

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most countries worldwide. We cannot ship to sanctioned regions including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba. Please confirm your shipping address before checkout.

3. Estimated Transit Time (Ship from China Warehouse)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days with full tracking number
  • Express Shipping: 4–10 business days, faster customs clearance & logistics updates

    All delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by customs inspection, local courier strikes, natural disasters or holiday rush are out of our control, and we will not compensate for time delays.

4. Shipping Cost Rules

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $65
  • Orders below $65 will calculate shipping fees automatically at checkout based on item weight and destination country
  • Express shipping requires an extra surcharge shown before payment

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, import clearance fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Our product price does not cover any local country taxes. By completing checkout, you agree to pay all fees charged by your local customs upon delivery.

6. Lost & Damaged Package Claims

  1. Package marked delivered but not received: Check your mailbox, neighbors or local courier office first. Contact us within 30 days for a tracking investigation. We offer full refund or free reship if the package is confirmed lost.
  2. Damaged goods on arrival: Refuse the package when the courier delivers, and send us clear photos/videos within 24 hours, we will resend a new item at no extra cost.
  3. Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after signature without full unboxing footage will be rejected.

7. Undeliverable Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to wrong address, failed pickup or customer refusal will have return shipping fees deducted from your refund. To resend your order, you need to pay new shipping cost again.
